The Nineteenth National African American Read-In

On behalf of the Black Caucus of NCTE and the National Council of Teachers of English, we thank you for your participation in the 2008 African American Read-In.  We are particularly proud of all the students who took part in reading and listening to works by Black authors.

In recognition of your participation in the 2008 African American Read-In, we would like for you to have a certificate which you may access below. The certificate can be copied if you need extra.

2008 Certificate

A list has been compiled, from returned report cards, of those who participated in the 2008 African American Read-In. The list will be updated as report cards are received. If you have not submitted your report card, click here.
