INDIVIDUAL Enrollment
For individuals, please have the following information to successfully sign up for Pathways:

Your name, address, institution, phone and email address. In order to qualify for member pricing, members will also need to enter their NCTE member number.

Your preferred method of payment (credit card or institutional purchase order number)

Individual pricing is $150 (NCTE member price) / $190 (non-member price).

TEAM Enrollment
For teams, the following information will be needed to complete processing:

The name, address, institution, phone, email address, and NCTE member number (if applicable) of the team's facilitator.

The name, phone number, and email address of each team member (if known). If you do not have all your participants' information upon enrollment an option will be provided for you to supply this at a later date.

The method of payment (credit card or purchase order)

Team pricing is based on the number of team members. The cost is $600 plus $150 x the number of team members. (So if you have 5 team members the price is $600 + $750 = $1350.) If you have 10 or more team members the per person price is discounted to $135 per person. (So the cost for a team of 10 is $600 + $1350 = $1950.) The base price of $600 covers the cost of the site facilitator training, NCTE membership for the site facilitator, one copy of the NCTE book Language Learners in the English Classroom, and team support tools (private team discussion forum and file sharing area). The team pricing also includes a team voucher valued at $25 x the number of team members, so a team of 10 receives a voucher valued at $250 that can be used toward other NCTE resources or services (such as books, memberships, journals, convention registration, consulting services, etc.) and a coupon for one web seminar from our ELL series.
