NCTE's National Day on Writing
October 20, 2013
To draw attention to the remarkable variety of writing we engage in and help make writers from all walks of life aware of their craft, NCTE is celebrating October 20, 2013, as the National Day on Writing. To celebrate composition in all its forms, we encourage diverse participants--students, teachers, parents, grandparents, service and industrial workers, managers, business owners, legislators, retirees, and many more--to celebrate writing in all its forms.

NCTE Annual Convention

The theme of the 2013 Annual Convention, chosen by Program Chair and NCTE President-Elect Ernest Morrell, is “(Re)Inventing the Future of English” 

 

CCCCConference on College Composition and Communication Annual Convention
March 19-22, 2014, Indianapolis, Indiana
"Open | Source(s), Access, Futures" is the theme for the 65th Annual Convention of the Conference on College Composition and Communication (CCCC) of NCTE.
