The James R. Squire Office of Policy Research in the English Language Arts - Previous Revision

The Squire Office of Policy Research compiles research and policy for policy makers and teachers on behalf of NCTE.  Primarily in policy research briefs that accompany NCTE's Chronicle and this online space, the Squire Office relates the latest in policy and research on such pertinent issues as English Language Learners, Adolescent LiteracyWriting and 21st Century Literacies.  The Squire Office is led by Anne Gere and comprised of a team of graduate students in the Joint PhD program in English and Education at the University of Michigan.  They can be reached at ncteteam@umich.edu.
