Pathways for Instructional Leadership is a yearlong professional development program that focuses on helping leaders better facilitate learning that leads to changes in instructional practice. Watch this brief online video tour to find out more about Pathways for Instructional Leadership.

Pathways for Instructional Leadership is organized around five key strands strands to create the most locally customized professional development experience available:

  • Enacting effective schoolwide literacy practices

  • Engaging families to support student learning
  • Creating conditions for professional learning
