The National Center for Literacy Education's (NCLEs) first policy symposium is scheduled for May 15, 2012 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. in the Cannon House Office Building, Room 122, Washington, D.C.
NCLE constitutes 28 stakeholder groups committed to a new model of capacity building in schools and districts. Linda Darling-Hammond video clips (see below) will punctuate remarks by the NCLE directors, and stakeholders will explain their organizations’ commitment to this national effort.
