    Abstract: Hard work and dedication to our students’ best interests lie at the heart of almost all collegial partnerships, and the articles in this issue bear that out. In “Rewriting the Narrative of Teacher Education through Collaboration,” Amanda Stearns-Pfeiffer and Kristin Sovis address the imminent need to “bridge the gaps” created by clashes between theory and practice. Collaborating across time zones, Nicole Sieben and Gordon Hultberg prove that CEL is a place where leaders foster meaningful professional relationships that have a lasting impact on student learning experiences. Donna Pasternak and her writing partners in Milwaukee make a compelling case for allowing teachers to drive their own professional development in “Leading and Learning from Within.” Finally, Christopher Bronke and his partners share their experiences working with educators across the country in “National Blogging Collaborative: Drive, Partnerships, and a Cause.”
