We seek English teachers from grades 6 through college and other professionals with significant expertise in English language arts to serve as Manuscript Reviewers. Reviewers read a manuscript and fill out an electronic form responding to several questions about the manuscript’s value, make recommendations to the editor regarding publication, and offer suggestions for revision (if necessary). All reviews are anonymous. We generally ask reviewers to read one or two manuscripts per year, and we ask reviewers to respond within two weeks of receiving a manuscript from us. We require reviewers with a range of types and amounts of experience in the profession.
