Gregory Shafer Wins TETYC's Best Article Award

The winner of TETYC's Best Article of the Year Award is A Christian Fundamentalist in a Reader-Response Class: Merging Transactions and Convictions," by Gregory Shafer. The article appeared in the March 2007 issue. 

The TETYC Best Article Selection Committee members were Joanna Tardoni (Chair), Alexis Nelson, Elissa Caruth, and Ron Christiansen. 

The award, which includes a plaque from the journal office and a cash prize provided by past editor Nell Ann Pickett, was presented at the Conference on College Composition and Communication's annual meeting in New Orleans in April 2008.
