Affiliate Exhibit Kits
This year affiliates will have three exhibit kit options from which to choose. All three kits include complimentary items such as catalogs, membership applications, journals, and policy statements. In addition each option includes the following:
A. The Regular Affiliate Exhibit Kit is sent at no cost to affiliates. The kit
contains a sample copy of five new NCTE books and publications. Regular
Affiliate Exhibit Kits should be ordered at least six weeks before your
conference using the Regular/Themed Affiliate Exhibit Kit Order Form, on
the Cosponsored Speaker Request Form, by telephone (800-369-6283 ext.
3633), by FAX (217-278-3760), or by e-mail ().
B. The Themed Sample Affiliate Exhibit Kit is sent at no cost to the affiliate.
The kit will contain a sample of five NCTE books and publications on a
particular theme you request (e.g. if your conference is on teaching
literature, you may want a kit that features NCTE publications on teaching
literature). Themed Sample Affiliate Exhibit Kits MUST be ordered at least
six weeks in advance of your conference on the Regular/Themed Affiliate
Exhibit Kit Order Form, on the Cosponsored Speaker Request form, by
telephone (800-369-6283, ext. 3633), by FAX (217-278-3760), or by e-mail
().
C. The Affiliate Custom Exhibit Option allows affiliates to order an unlimited
number of NCTE publications and gift items at a 40% discount from the
nonmember price and keep any profit earned from exhibit sales. Orders
plus an additional shipping charge must be prepaid. If express shipping is
requested, affiliates will be invoiced for the actual cost of that shipping.
Orders for Affiliate Custom Exhibit Kits MUST be made at least six weeks
before the conference on the Affiliate Custom Exhibit Option Order Form, to
the affiliate office by mail or fax (217-278-3760).
