Literary Map Brochure Information

As you know, a display of affiliate-produced literary maps is a standard feature of the NCTE Annual Convention.  This display, (The Gallery of Literary Maps),  receives quite a bit of traffic from convention goers.  Many who stop to study the maps pick up the brochure, which is available both at the map display and at the affiliate booth in the exhibit hall.  This brochure needs revision to include an updated list of contacts for the maps but also to include information on resource materials and products that supplement the maps and prices for the maps and materials.  In addition to the literary map brochure, it would also be great to have available a comprehensive list of materials and products available from affiliates.

Please consult the list.  If everything is OK as printed, please indicate this on the form below and return it to NCTE.

1. Name and address of contact to write to obtain a copy of the map.  Price of the map, postage, or any other charges.
2. Description of any materials that supplement the map (e.g. anthologies, bibliographies, teaching materials, postcards), contact name and address for these materials, and price, postage or charges.
3. Description of any other resource materials and products available from your affiliate (e.g. affiliate anthologies, teaching units, sweatshirts), name and address of contact for these materials, and price, postage or charges.
4. Copy of map or materials not already listed.
