If you have also forgotten your user ID, please use your member number. This number appears on the top line of your membership card. It also appears on any mailings you receive from NCTE (including journals, catalogs, fliers and The Council Chronicle). If you created your account online, please refer back to the e-mail that was sent to the address you provided for your member number.

The first time you log in, your user ID is your member number and your password is your last name.
