Emily Goodman's first children's book is Plant Secrets. She's a trained horticulturist and has written many fiction and nonfiction articles for both children and adults. Her hobbies include studying plants and their connection to animals, gardening and fantasy. She's a freelance writer currently living in Brooklyn.
