Isoke Titilayo Nia is known for her dynamic keynote speeches and engaging workshops.  She presents on a variety of topics including poetry, reading and the African American child, literature in the writing workshop, and multicultural literature.

John O'Connor, author of the new NCTE publication, Wordplaygrounds, not only has innovative methods of teaching poetry, he also publishes poems and performs poetry.  He presents to middle and secondary teachers on poetry reading, writing, and performance.

Ingrid Wendt specializes in teaching poetry, and her unique presentations include using the writing process with poetry, using poetry instruction to help teach ESL, and addressing the needs of at-risk and special needs students through poetry.
