Registration and Housing Information

Preregistration and Housing are now closed for the 2017 CEE Summer Conference. If you missed the preregistration deadline, you can still register by phone at (877) 369-6283. Please be advised, however, you will no longer receive a meal card and you can no longer register for housing in the OSU dorms.
Registration and Housing Rates:

Deadline for Preregistration was May 22, 2017.

Registration Rates
CEE/NCTE Member          $225
NCTE Member Only          $250
Nonmember                      $300
Graduate Student             $165

The registration fee includes six meals, access to all sessions and speakers, and all conference materials.

Housing is available in the Blackburn House dorm (136 W. Woodruff Ave.) at The Ohio State University, Columbus. Single rooms are available at a rate of $63/night. Rooms include towels and bed linens only. There are no toilettries or hairdryers.

Registration cancellations received on or before May 22, 2017, will be refunded in full, less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after May 22, 2017.

Graduate Student Rate

Graduate Student registration rates require valid proof of student status. If you wish to register online, you will need to have current student membership in NCTE. Otherwise, students may register by phone (877-369-6283).
