Equal Access to Computer Resources for Students and Teachers with Disabilities

Rationale
Internet and computer resources show an increasing reliance on such features as videos with soundtracks, navigational devices labeled only with graphical navigational schemes, and other techniques that may prevent equal access to educational and employment opportunities for students or faculty who have disabilities.

Our Response
To create and publish guidelines for providing equal access to computer resources for teachers and students who have disabilities, and that CCCC promote the use of these access guidelines in educational and professional Internet resources.
