The Latino Caucus of NCTE/CCCC is a network of Latino/a educators in English studies, literacy and language arts. Our purpose is to:
- exchange ideas,
- serve as a resource for members, the educational community and the general public,
- and support activities that promote the learning and advancement of students and teachers of color.
Any Latino/a educator, or like-minded educator, or pre-service educator who is a member of NCTE is invited to join us.

Carlotta Dwyer (Latino Caucus founder) speaks during the Latino Caucus Business Meeting at the 2011 NCTE Annual Conveiton in Chicago.
