As you make plans to recruit members for your affiliate or assembly by using the NCTE membership list, please consider the following:
Names and addresses for all members of NCTE are available (please note that email address are not available; for more information read the NCTE Privacy Policy)
- as a comma delimited electronic text file
- as a comma delimited text file on a 3.5" floppy diskette
- on pressure-sensitive labels
- as a printed list
Lists or labels may be ordered for
- entire state(s)
- a specific geographic area within a state(s) by supplying the first three digits of the desired zip codes
- a special interest area (e.g., children's literature, feminist studies, ESL)
Lists may also be requested to include
- voting section or constituent group
- area of interest
In addition to the options above please note that:
- NCTE has approximate individual membership/subscriber breakdown for the following (e.g., you may not want or have the resources to mail to the entire secondary section and so you'll need to find other ways to limit the number of individuals to recruit):

- Member profile information is only available by the category listed on the profile sheet. These categories my not be tailor made for your recruitment purposes and we may or may not be able to mix and match appropriately for your needs.
- Many states have large NCTE memberships, e.g., California and New York, and your mail budget may not support large mailings--consider limiting your mailing by grade or interest level or by area of the state.
