While most people can't make it to Washington, DC, for Advocacy Day, everyone can make a difference right from where they live and work. Send a letter asking your legislators to support professional learning defined as teacher collaboration
Share your expertise as an educator and your experience in the classroom and ask your legislators to rely on and support the professional expertise of teachers
Ask your legislators to recommend that evaluation of institutions of higher education be based on multiple factors and with multiple kinds of evidence
Look up all of your elected officials (local to national) on the websites of the House of Representatives and of Senators
