On NCTE Involvement in the Bicentennial Celebration

Background Each affiliate and the National Council of Teachers of English can make unique contributions to the momentous occasion of the nationwide Bicentennial Celebration.  Be it therefore Resolution Resolved, that the National Council of Teachers of English contribute to the national Bicentennial Celebration through local and national conferences, preconvention workshops, publications, and other programs in 1974, 1975, and 1976.
