Desktop Support Intern

We are seeking an intern to join our Information Technology department.   This position will work with the Manager of Network Services and the Network Administrator to support staff members with hardware and software issues, respond to helpdesk requests, and support staff in processing streaming media along with basic video and audio editing. The Desktop Support Intern is a paid internship working 19 hours per week. 

The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills; have the ability to work well with others; have a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office 2003 or above; and possess knowledge of basic DOS commands, how to add a network printer, and Microsoft Windows XP Professional Edition.  Certifications in A+, Net+, or MCP for Windows XP helpful.
