Conditions and Benefits Salaries for all employees will range between 2.3 million Korean won (US $2,300) and 3.2 million Korean won (US $3,200). In addition, all teachers at POLY receive the following benefits: -Free roundtrip airfare -Medical coverage -Monthly contribution to the National Pension Fund, which is equivalent to 4.5% of total monthly compensation -Two weeks of paid vacation a year in addition to national holidays -Severance bonus upon completion of contract -Free single, furnished housing (a bed, blanket, pillows, clean linen, washing machine, a landline telephone, air-conditioner, refrigerator, stove, chair, table, wardrobe, television, cooking utensils, and eating utensils) [save up to $1000 in rent] Locations Seoul and surrounding areas, Daejeon, Daegu, Changwon, and other major cities in South Korea Positions A. Preschool ~ Elementary level: We are looking for teachers with elementary education background to teach language arts in our preschool ~ gr. 5 program. B. Middle School level: We are also seeking certified middle ~ high school teachers who can teach science, social studies, debate or literature in our upper grade programs (students ranging from gr.6~9). C. Academic Coordinators: Bilingual Korean-Americans/Canadians with teaching and/or managerial experience to work as Academic Coordinators D. Research & Development: We are looking for teachers who have R&D and/or curriculum designing experience to work in our R&D department at the headquarters.
