Annual Convention Proposals
 
Each Commission/Standing Committee annually develops two "guaranteed" Annual Convention program sessions specified by the Executive Committee or program chair.  Commissions and Standing Committees may submit additional proposals to be evaluated by the Convention Planning Committee on a non-guaranteed basis.  Groups may also submit proposals to other events (e.g., CCCC Convention) on a non-guaranteed basis.  The Council cannot provide funds for those who appear on such sessions.
