Criteria for the English Leadership Quarterly Best Article 

The CEL English Leadership Quarterly Best Article award is given for articles published in the CEL journal English Leadership Quarterly the previous school year (presented the following year, for example, the 1992 awarded was for articles appearing in 1991  and the winner was given the award in 1992).  This award is presented at the NCTE Annual Convention in November.  

The award includes a plaque, a honorarium, and a ticket to the CEL Luncheon.
