Renewing your NCTE membership gives you the opportunity to connect with your professional community while accessing the latest research, teaching strategies, and resources in the content areas or issues that you are interested in.

To Renew Your Membership:

After you have logged in, click on the pink "Renew" button in the upper right corner of this Web page.
 

 

  

 

Don't see the button on your screen?

You may not see the Pink Renewal Button if:     

  • Your membership has expired more than 5 months ago, or
  • You are trying to renew more than 4 months prior to your expiration date.
Please call or email us in the  Customer Service Center at 877-369-6283 if any problems arise in your renewal process.

Additional Information

If you've never logged in before, your User ID is your membership number (see diagram below) and your password is your last name with inital caps (i.e.  Martin). If you've forgotten your password, click here and we will send it to the email address we have on file for you.

Hi Justin! I can't find where a member can check what section they belong to. Members used to be able to access this online. Has it moved somewhere I haven't found? This is very important to the Middle Level Section Steering Committee. I also second the suggestion that a note of the next renewal date would also be helpful. Thanks! Sandy

I'll add my experience to the list of folks not seeing the mysterious pink reew bar. I'm fully logged in, and I tried both Firefox and Internet Explorer, to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

Daniel - Thank you for the catch! I updated the URL moments ago and it should resolve to https:// now.

It appears that the pink "Renew" button links to an un-encrypted URL. The link goes to the page at http rather than https, meaning the resulting transaction may be insecure. I was able to enter the https URL manually to access the secure payment page.
